Quick Summary

Sales to the UAE and GCC, with international orders subject to prior approval. Payment by credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay via Stripe. Cash on Delivery is not available. Returns accepted within 14 days, shoes must be unworn, unlaced, and in original packaging. We do not offer exchanges; place a new order if the size does not fit. Our shoes are made the traditional way with many hand-finished steps — minor visual imperfections are not defects. In these Terms: • “Products” means footwear and related items offered for sale by Lqdam. • “Website” means lqdam.com. • “we”, “us”, “our” means Leap Originals FZ-LLC, Ras Al Khaimah Free Zone, United Arab Emirates. • “you”, “your” means the purchaser of Products.

We sell and ship to: • United Arab Emirates • GCC countries

International orders may be accepted only subject to our prior approval. Customers must contact us first for international delivery arrangements.

We reserve the right to refuse international orders at our discretion.

Placing an Order • Products and prices shown on the Website are an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. • By clicking Place Order, you submit an offer to purchase under these Terms. • We may reject orders for reasons including: incorrect details, suspected fraud, payment failure, or unavailability. • A Contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation. • Acceptance does not guarantee availability. If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you and refund any payment received.

Price & Payment • Prices are displayed in AED unless stated otherwise. • Payment is taken at checkout using: • credit or debit card • Apple Pay • Google Pay all processed securely via Stripe. • Cash on Delivery is not available. • We may correct obvious pricing or information errors. If your order is affected, you will be contacted and may cancel for a full refund. • Amounts are payable in full without set-off or deduction except as required by law.

VAT, duties, and customs handling are governed by the Shipping & Returns Policy.

  1. Risk & Ownership • Ownership of Products passes to you once we receive full payment in cleared funds. • Risk passes upon delivery to the address provided by you.

Delivery terms are described in detail in the Shipping & Returns Policy. In summary: • UAE delivery typically 1–3 working days • GCC typically 3–5 working days • international deliveries are only by prior approval

Carrier delays beyond our control do not constitute grounds for contract cancellation unless required by law.

  1. Cancellations (before dispatch)

You may cancel your order only before dispatch.

After dispatch, orders may be handled solely under the Returns Policy.

  1. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by the Shipping & Returns Policy. In summary: • Return window: 14 days from delivery • Condition: shoes must be • unworn • unlaced • in original packaging • We do not offer exchanges. If the size does not fit, you must: 1. return your item 2. place a new order for another size

Refunds are issued to the same payment card after inspection.

  1. Handcrafted Nature of Products

Our shoes are produced using traditional methods and many steps remain hand-crafted.

As a result, there may be: • small marks • slight irregularities • minor variations around the rubber area

These are: • not considered defects • do not affect functionality or durability • part of the authentic character and charm of the product

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this handmade nature.

We do not provide a separate commercial warranty beyond what is required under applicable UAE law.

This means: • manufacturing defects will be addressed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws • wear and tear, misuse, or aesthetic variations are not covered

Your statutory rights, where applicable, are not affected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss • our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the Product

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: • carrier delays • customs delays • regulatory restrictions • natural events • industrial action
